Mexico Travel News: Now Fly from Austin to Cancun with United Airlines

Airport officials stated in a news release that the Chicago-based United Airlines will offer flights between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Cancun International Airport on Saturdays beginning Nov. 10 through Feb. 3, 2013.

The flights on Boeing 737-700 aircrafts will depart Austin at 8:25 a.m. landing in Cancun at 11 a.m., and will depart Cancun at 11:55 a.m. and land in Austin at 2:30 p.m. In August, United Airlines flew 81,181 total passengers, a 47 percent increase compared with the same month last year. ABIA has nonstop service to 37 destinations in the United States and Mexico.
