The second annual “Festival of Caribbean Culture” awaits all Playa del Carmen MLS zone owners for fun, food and fiesta. The event which is a festival celebrating dance, artwork and food from all over the Caribbean for residents to experience the rich and diverse culture will last from November 8th to the 19th.

Over 2,500 performers and artists are expected to take part is the grand fest. 15 Caribbean and Central American countries and six Mexican states will be participating in the event. Panama is the focus or the special guest state. The festival is scheduled to take place in Playa del Carmen, as well as 9 other communities, including the Cancun real estate and Cozumel real estate areas.

While announcing the event, the governor of Quinatana Roo said that it is still too early to publicize the names of artists performing, but said he has already started to develop the program of presentations, including the Symphony Orchestra of Quintana Roo State Chamber Ballet, the local Youth Orchestra and a group from local Regional Theatre.
